Gas and Water Pipe Bug

I setup a Gas pump with the Electrolyser, the Gas pump, pumped for one second and the gas stopped moving and got stuck in the pipe, this also occured with the lavatory/shower and the water purifier. It pumped the polluted water for one second and then stopped, got stuck in the pipe. Save included.

Steps to Reproduce
I setup a Gas pump with the Electrolyser, the Gas pump, Same thing with the Lavatory and Water purifier. Having a Closed Loop.

Thanks for the save file. Looking at your saved game, it looks like you have the inputs and outputs on some of your machines mixed up so that output from one machine is leading to the output of another. If you change the plumbing around, it should address your issue.
