game stuttering

i remember before playing the dlc it was okay.i have searched the whole internet of people has same issue (moving camera & gameplay suddenly stutter for half second and resume, the longer the game the more it gets) and none of those solutions works. update drivers etc etc, now i rhink its the game! help!
