Game stuck on klei logo

I recently formatted my laptop , and I reinstalled the game and now it just stuck on the klei logo. Dose anyone know why?

I have the game on epic and i verified it. and this what i found on player log

Try installing the latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable, which can be downloaded here.

Take a look at: https://support.klei.com/hc/en-us/articles/360029880551-Oxygen-Not-Included-Troubleshooting-Guide
Sounds like you might be having issues with either OneDrive or Controlled Folder Access
