Game crashes when Bionic dupe enters Temporal Tear

spaced out, frosty, and bionic DLC.  12 boops, no dupes. one is ready to go through but the game crashes as soon as i click enter.  disabled all my mods still crashes like this

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

See an excerpt from the log below, looks like an issue with the boosters.  I reloaded and tried removing all the boosters before clicking it and the game froze instead of crashing.  Guess I'm going to get Jorge out and send him home... maybe?

Just an update, I unfroze Harold and Jorge, they agreed that this colony was weird because everyone else was bionic and decided to try to find more of their own kind through the temporal tear.  The game did not crash or freeze and the cut scene played and got the achievement.  So it's definitely something wrong with sending a Boop through with spaced out.

otherwise it was a fun DLC, a good way to change things up doing only Boops and not having the same slog of mealwood and bbq and better food and more farms and lots of pip planting lol damn pips!

It shouldn't crash in today's hotfix but we're still investigating a hang on this save when entering the tear.
