Every time i try to start the game it crashes when i click in the inicial message, about the alpha version, no error message besides windows error.

Steps to Reproduce
Just Start the game and it crashes in the messaged about the alpha game
Go to bugs

Checking your DxDiag, it looks like your integrated graphics card (Intel HD Graphics 3000) is below the game's minimum system requirements and will not be able to run the game. 

If you have a dedicated graphics card like an AMD Radeon or NVIDIA GeForce card installed, you will have to go into your AMD CCC or NVIDIA Control Panel and force your dedicated GPU to launch and run Oxygen Not Included instead of your integrated card.

If not, your best next step is to contact Steam Support for a possible refund due to system incompatibility.
