Game crashes on startup and gives a weird error

I have tried reinstalling, verifying file integrity and restarting my pc. This is a freshly downloaded copy off of steam, no mods

Steps to Reproduce

idk like i said i reinstalled the game and got this error

Could you right click on the game -> manage -> Browse local files and navigate to OxygenNotIncluded_Data\StreamingAssets. There should be a file called dlc2_bundle, could you please attach that file?

Try deleting it and then verify files again.
