Okay I JUST purchased this game on Steam. I've been through so many steps to try and fix this issue but nothing is working. I've looked at the troubleshooting guide and FAQ. I've tried all the suggestions here that other's have gotten to their problems but nothing seems to be working. Yes I've verified the integrity, disabled my antivirus, updated all drivers, reinstalled the game, deleted this and that, and everything else I can think of. Nothing is working. Can someone please give me a hand here before I just get myself a refund on steam. 

 

Please let me know what you need from me.

 

NOTE: I don't have an output_log file. I searched but one doesn't exist. I have a player file however.

Game crash

Go to bugs

Hi @FidgetBox sorry to hear that this is your first experience with the game. Could you post your Player.Log file and I'll take a look? We are working on updating the bug submission instructions as output_log.txt is the old filename.
