Game Crash! (wouldn't run)

Steps to Reproduce
Initially opted from Beta (Occupation). Steam updated local files when new patch went live. Note that even after deleting the game from Steam and doing a new install, the game still crashes

I just found out that the crash only happens when I have the MSI  Afterburner (v4.3.0.9267) running. After closing it, the game can run again per usual.

There is nothing the devs can do about this, either don't use afterburner or turn on "Custom Direct3D Support" in the afterburner config

Yep, can confirm that after setting this, it no longer crashes the game even while Afterburner is running. Thanks
