I bought the game in 2019 and have around 1600 hours of playtime. I installed it again at the end of last year and played till cycle 700 without issues. Then the crashes began...
Sometimes after a few minutes, sometimes after a few hours and I'm now on cycle 1800 and I still couldn't pinpoint the problem.
It doesn't make a difference if I am playing with mods or without, on which planet im "working", I opened all my infinite tanks, cleaned the whole map, I started a new game (went well till cycle 40).
I re-installed the game multiple times, deleted the mod files in documents (deleted all Klei folders I could find), did a memtest86, deinstalled the current Nvidia driver (clean) and installed an old one for a time. I deactivated the onboard graphics chip, let Steam check the files mutiple times, changed the graphics to low, tried everything I found on google, reddit and the forum and tried to decypher the event log, the error message (that sometimes appeard) and the dmp-files.
I even thought to replace the ntdll.dll file in Windows, because the event log told me it was a "faulting module", but ultimately I just rolled Windows back a few months
Currently I'm trying again to decypher this and glean some insights...

Something on my "new" PC doesn't work with ONI... on my wife's PC it just worked fine. The only difference (I think) is my RTX 4070 Super vs. GTX 1080 Ti.
I added the save file, but I assume it won't crash. On my wife's PC I played for two hours without any problems.
A ticket to the support was made and the guy was really nice, but everything he told me to try, I already tried without success. Maybe someone here speaks Binary?
