So every time I launch the game I get a crash message and I cant play the game.
Pop up Message attached 
And also the crash and error files

Go to bugs

For some reason D3D11 is failing to start up. Try updating your graphics card drivers, in particular try updating the drivers for the Nvidia GPU in your system and giving that a go.
