After today's update, my game can't start.
It stuck at homepage background pic.

I'v already re-download the game and everything.
Steps to Reproduce
I use a Chinese language patch before, and after this update this problem happened. I thought it was the language patch, so i deleted all the patch and game files and re-download game. But this still happens.
