Frozen characters and missing Wires

So I'm on Night of cycle ten but when I came on to play again all of my characters were frozen (along with all other textures such as air) in place and all of my wires disappeared/disconnected and I was also unable to place/build any new items. I don't know if this is a common problem but I would love if someone would look into it.

Steps to Reproduce
Played Until cycle ten, exited game, logged back on and the problem appeared. (tried restarting several times)
Go to bugs

The game is paused when you load it, press space to continue. Materials available will update a moment later and buildings will become available.
