When changing a freshly planted plant's harvest priority I've noticed it will affect a plot's or planter box's priority until you reload.
Steps to Reproduce
Build a planter box / plot and plant a plant and checking the priority setting on the plant's container when changing the harvest priority (with and without using the harvest tool)
