Fractional seed count

During my game, at one point I suddenly have 91.11328 mealwood seeds and 8.023438. These are usable as 92 and 9 seeds respectively.

I planted the 9 blossom seeds (see pic 2) and a little bit later (minutes) I again have 0.23 blossom seeds. I could again plant this partial seed.

  Same here. I'm not sure if it's because of that but I noticed it just after my plants were submerged in water - I cleaned the water and wanted to replant.
