Fog of war for various areas gets stuck hidden for no apparent reason. I have found the solution is to move a duplicant into the right place. You just have to guess.

Steps to Reproduce
Unsure. It happened to me on my second ever world multiple times.

It's a very large area without anything (in and around the black zone.

Do you used the sandbox mode to destroy tiles ?

If so, you should have destroy a special room in the same time. ;)
