Flydo does not use pitcher pumps/bottle fillers to supply ice machine

This seems like an oversight. Flydo's are able to preform the empty storage errand on the bottle filler, then use the bottled liquid that was dropped.

They are also able to take directly from the bottle filler under a specific circumstance:

1. An ice machine is requesting 60kg of water
2. There is less than 60kg lying in front of a bottle filler
3. Flydo picks up the bottled water on the ground and the remainder of the water directly from the bottle filler to reach 60kg of water to supply to the ice machine.

Flydos can transport water from Sweepy's dock. By replacing the Bottle Filler with Sweepy's dock and dropping water to drop onto the floor, snow-making automation can be achieved.

Indeed, I'm using sweepy docks as a workaround right now
