In the codex entries for lavatory and wall toilet, there is an entry under the heading "Room Requirements Class" which says "Flush Toilet". This entry is duplicated, and appears twice.
Steps to Reproduce
Check codex entries for Lavatory and Wall Toilet. I don't think there are any other flush toilets.
I actually have the spaced-out DLC active... but i kind of assume that's irrelevant here.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
