Flashing mouse after using 2nd sreen display

If I switch to my 2nd screen display once (no matter if the game is open or not), after that the mouse in game is flashing, it alternate between the windows cursor and the game cursor, making any click impossible.
I have to uninstall then reboot for it to stop.

Do you have a controller plugged in? The game switches over to using a virtual cursor when it detects input from a joystick. If you upload your DXDIAG I might be able to point out any potential devices that could interfere with the game. For example, my racing wheel was interfering with another game's controller detection.

When you say "switch to my 2nd screen" do you mean dragging the game to that monitor, connecting a new monitor, adjusting display settings, or something else?
