When a compost building creates 10 kg of fertilizer, the fertilizer does not stack with any that are already present when it is dropped into the world. Let alone long enough, there will be a long column of 10 kg fertilizer balls.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Build a Compost. 2. Have something that needs to be composted (polluted dirt, rotten food, etc.) placed in the Compost. 3. Watch the compost as it creates fertilizer. Observe what happens when the second set 10 kg fertilizer is dropped.
