Hi, I noticed some of my fertilizer makers are not using the polluted water, just making tons of gas and fertilizer. I cut off their source of water and they just keep going. Resolved at reload.

Playing, no debug. 6 Fertilizer makers going, only two behaving normally. All on same pipeline from same pool of water.
