Currently, smart storage bins emit an activation signal when full.
I'd like it if there was a way to emit the activation signal before the storage unit becomes full (for instance, when the bin holds 18k items). This would allow shutting down machinery that is filling the storage bin while the bin can still accept new items, preventing created items from getting stranded in transit when the bin fills up.
UI wise, I'm imagining a slider to set when to emit a signal (similar to how the smart battery works, for instance).
