One of the dupes got the block underneath him dug out and he fell through the terrain a few blocks.
Steps to Reproduce
Game on 3x speed, Dig the block out from underneath a dupe. When this happened to me there was water about 1/2 dupe height that he fell into before clipping into the terrain. Block he fell through was Algae

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
