I have several bedrooms with exosuit checkpoints and docks there is also a pneumatic door directly adjacent the checkpoint when I loaded my game up just now I eventually came upon a pair of dupes stuck in a loop putting the suit on and off repeatedly at the dock I made them move away from the dock and they would walk back put there suit on and head off just fine but then it kept happening not just with that room either but the other barracks also and a single dupe will get stuck in this pathing loop also.

Ladder > Space > Pneumatic Door > Exosuit Checkpoint > Exosuit Dock x3 > Maybe something on the ground to pickup, there was some plastic in one case.
