Error Message On startup

On Startup during any point at which the game tries to save any information it pops a message. I am unsure of what steps to take to fix the issue. I have checked the permissions of the particular directory it shows, But it still occurs. Thank you.

Steps to Reproduce

I am unsure of the steps to reproduce. All I know is it started to occur after the last hotfix.

Do you have the file open in another application like Notepad++?

It's possibly an issue with Controlled Folder Access settings. We have a section in the troubleshooting guide you can try.
