Enriched Uranium Does Not Produce Radiation

Enriched Uranium does not produce radiation despite the description saying it produces 275rads/1000kg  I tested this by putting 47tonnes of enriched Uranium on one tile, which should have produced ~13000 rads per cycle, but none was visible even on the tile the debris was sitting on.

Steps to Reproduce

Look at enriched uranium in the rad view.  Issue more visible if debris pile >10 tonnes.

And since enriched uranium cannot be a tile in any non-sandbox way its tool tip shouldn't say that it produces radiation if as debris it won't.

Ok, an update to this.  Debris is not producing radiation regardless of its format.  In this image on top I have 10tonnes of Liquid uranium, liquid nuclear waste, and nuclear fallout.  In the Middle I have 10tonne tiles of Depleted Uranium, Uranium Ore, Enriched Uranium and Solid Nuclear Waste.  On the bottom level I have 10tonne debris piles of Depleated Uranium, Uranium Ore, Enriched Uranium and Solid Nuclear waste.  The radiation creation is as expected for the liquids, gases, and tiles, but for debris there is none.

In a related issue, only some buildings made with Uranium emit radiation, for example storage bins, airflow tiles, mesh tiles and pneumatic doors do not, but hydroponic farm tiles, metal tiles which use the same amount of uranium ore do produce radiation.
