After a plant is uprooted from a hydroponic tile, the tile continues to request resources for that plant. The first screenshot shows a tile that previously contained mealwood. The mealwood is no longer present, but the tile is still requesting dirt. Duplicants will deliver dirt to this tile until the game is reloaded.
This second screenshot shows a three tiles that previously had sleet wheat in them. The first tile just had dirt delivered to it even though there is nothing in the tile and I am being asked to select a seed.
