Electrolyser Outputting too much Hydrogen

I'm unsure in which scenario this is happening. Electrolizer producing way more hydrogen than it should produce. Please see attached save file.

Please see the middle compartment (of the three rows of electrolizers) in below picture.

Its giving off so much hydrogen that the pipes are clogged. I'm running 10 hydrogen generators (very intermittently) from just 3 electrolizers.

BTW: in sandbox mode i can place as many wheezeworts are I need in a single tile. Another nice exploit! :)

Steps to Reproduce
See 2nd electrolyser in pic. Hydrogen output is too much in it.

I rechecked this. This is a bug. Unsure how this occurs though. But the middle Electrolyzer is outputting too much Hydrogen ... so much that its clogging the entire H2 output pipeline. When rearranged to one tile above current position, its giving off much lesser hydrogen and the pipes starts unclogging.

Please recheck this!
