Electrical Engineering is required to build Steam Turbine and Heavi-Watt Wire/Plate, however the skill description does not mention this - it only states that the skill is required to build and apply a Microchip.

However the person responding in it is not a Klei developer, and it would be great to get a dev confirmation that this is indeed intended (and for Steam Turbine too), and if it is - then mayhaps the Skill description should also be updated with this information, or at least mention that it is required for / unlocks "other" buildings.
1. Try to build a Steam Turbine or Heavi-Watt Wire/Plate with a dupe without Electrical Engineering skill - they cannot (they will bring materials for it, but won't build it).
2. Try again with dupe who has Electrical Engineering skill - they can build it.
3. Look at Skills tab or at Database tab for Electrical Engineering skill - there's no mention of these buildings there, however Microchip (which also requires this skill to produce) is mentioned, and similarly Mechatronics Engineering skill description mentions that it unlocks building of Conveyor Rail.
