Dupes will not equip cloths, unless locked in a room to force it. Then, very soon after, they will randomly drop the cloths on the floor.
Steps to Reproduce
1. build snazzy suit 2. assign to dupe - wont equip 3. lock dup in room to force equip 4. see suit on the floor shortly after This might be associated with exosuit docks as they seem to usually drop the suits when putting on an exosuit
