Dups not delievering water from Ice liquidfier to Bottle emptier or bottle drainer?

Did you enable auto-bottle on the bottle emptier? 

yes i tried everything i could think of.  Are they not meant to load the bottle or drainer emptier from the liquefiers?

Your duplicant priorities are configured such that they prioritize other errand types over storing. If you change storing to high priority (up arrow) or very high priority (double up arrow) they will deliver to the Bottle Drainer.

The errand type priority (priorities screen) supersedes the priority tool. Here's an example:

• Meep has their researching errand type set to high priority (up arrow) and standard priority (dash) for all other errand types.
• There are two errands available:
  • research errand set to priority 1
  • storing priority set to priority 9
• Meep will do the research errand before the storing errand.
