I've noticed when I get so far into a game build my dups don't quite listen anymore. It takes forever for them to get to a project or I have to turn off every job other than building/digging etc. until they do complete what I want them to do.
Also, it seems like they go about doing things like making food, delivering items to machines etc. over other priorities.
