On the second asteroid in my current save (Halcyini), i have noticed that dupes sent there will end up deadlocked in some kind of choice paralysis shortly after loading the save, while they still act on internal needs (eat, oxygen, sleep), any other action (digging, building, farming, repairing) unless marked as "maximum priority" is completely ignored, regardless of the non-maximum priority value or that dupes specific task priority.
Its not a pathing issue, when given a move command or when a task is set to maximum priority the dupe can move everywhere that they should be able to.
when not working on a life task, they are stuck in a state of "supplying power materials" which is greyed out in their status panel, and stuck in whatever animation state they were left in when their last action completed, they remain paralyzed this way until hunger, sleep, oxygen, or a move command forces them to act.
Currently i have a single dupe on the second asteroid, however this strange behavior also occurred with multiple dupes stationed there, oddly i have not seen this dupe paralyses on either of the other two inhabited asteroids.
The only mod used is the True Tiles mod, i do not have the stairs mod which is known to cause pathing issues with recent updates.
I have attached the game save to this bug report, hopefully it will be helpful in rooting out the cause of this bug.
