duplicates ignore routine

I just noticed that the problem is that the recreation room was damaged. summarizing the duplicates only respect the interval routine if you have a recreation room, otherwise they will work normally.

Yep. If a dupe cannot reach any recreational activities during Downtime, they will do work tasks instead.

Mainly this allows dupes to dig or build themselves out of dangerous situations during Downtime, instead of standing around waiting for death
