Duplicants won't use massage table

I noticed my duplicant's stress levels getting up in the 80s and 90s and cannot make them use the massage table. It's set to where they're supposed to use it when their stress gets above 60, but they would walk around aimlessly even after I moved them to the table.

I am still pretty new to the game and it could be a fault on my part, but I couldn't find anything wrong with the tables.

Steps to Reproduce
I was just playing the game on about cycle 20, I had one massage table that kept losing power so I rebuilt three more. I made it so that the stressed dupe couldn't preform any jobs.

Table needs to be powered, duplicants must have the 'massage' job, massage table 'max stress' setting must be lower than the stress the duplicant has.

One thing that I noticed about massage table. You should give it priority higher than normal (>5) so when your dups get stress they will go to the table otherwise they won't.
