Duplicants picking stuff up, scalding and then dropping it - repeat until they die

They keep trying to pick up food down here, then start  scalding and dropping it. The duplicant will go 4 tiles up and then go right back to pick it up and drop it again.

I know duplicants can pick up stuff while scalding, so this is a bug. Edit: this happened with meat and pincha peppernut too. 

Edit# 2: This must have to do with the new recipe queue's. I had both BBQ and pepper bread queued, and after I stopped queueing them the problem fixed itself.
