Duplicants not using bathroom

Duplicants are not using the bathroom. Water is connected. Bathrooms are assigned to public. Bath time is assigned in schedule. No duplicant in the colony will use the toilets at all.

Save file included. Load it and wait.

Hi @Pseudo310,

If you click on one of the toilets, you can see they have an Empty Pipe status item:

Looking at the plumbing overlay reveals that the pipe supplying water to the toilets has been disconnected, so the water isn't flowing through the pipes:

The Empty Pipe notification is admittedly not as obvious as it could be.  We'll take a look and see if that can be improved.
