I tried several times on several pc's. In this seed, duplicants never eating anything.

Steps to Reproduce

Start a new game with the seed that i gave.
Play about 4-5 cycles.
Duplicants never eating.
You can check from right top graph icon daily report section.

I'm pretty sure the "tummyless" of the game setting you chose (the last part of the seed "-A2" indicates that) means exactly what you described of seeing: dupes don't need any food
