Duplicants ignore 'bathtime' schedule items.

Duplicants continue to work during 'bathtime' schedule items, resulting in them never using the latrines.

 

On arch linux; fully up to date.

Steps to Reproduce
Editing schedules or moving duplicants between schedules seem to be the most likely cause. Adding a schedule alarm is also plausible

Are they able to reach the bath items in the given time of the schedule? If they dont have the chance, they wont even try to. 

For example: 1 "tile" of schedule for bathing time is set. The dupes are at one end of the map, the latrine is at the other end. Dupes would need more time to get there, so the bath-time would be over, once they reach the location. 

Another issue is often, the latrines are clogged up, either on input or on output side. Even if the input pipe is filled, it can be blocked, because there are too many junctions, and the waterflow stops, because it does not know where to go. If this problem is present, dupes wont use the buildings, because the system renders them inoperable.
