Dupes get stuck in a loop when starting a task (such as cooking, picking up debris, farming, etc.)
This only seems to happen if someone is in a triage cot requiring medical attention.
Steps to Reproduce
Send an injured dupe to a triage cot. Have another dupe start an errand before the injured dupe reaches the triage cot. There seems to be a timing element to this. Moving the glitched dupe out of range of their current errand seems to reset them and then they go do doctoring at the triage cot. I'm seeing this a lot on my current game - small base, the Not 0k world gen mod - there's a lot of frostbite happening. I've seen this happen in other circumstances, just not nearly so frequently.
