Duplicants can't finish pooping

Some duplicants with 100% bladder will stop using the lavatory before they are done to try to do other tasks.

Duplicants will go back and forth trying to pee and do work at the same time.

Allow duplicants to reach 100% bladder while having a working lavatory. (Cycle 42)

Hi,

this happens because when somebody washes the hands. The polluted water from the sinks will block the output of the toilets:

Try to build the output with some buffer to the main line, maybe something like this:
