This duplicant was enclosed in the room by the automated door, and he think it's safer under water than outside it.

OK, he can't breath in any of the two location but I think it's not the "safer" place to go.

Steps to Reproduce
have a duplicant trapped inside a room with a pool of water and no breathable air.
