Duplicant moving up and down a ladder infinitely

As the title says, one of my duplicants is stuck. I've watched her for several minutes now and I'm not sure what to do.

Steps to Reproduce
Duplicant was moving up a ladder to get to food.
Go to bugs

I checked your save and it seems that the dupe didnt have anything to do. While she was on Idle she was running up and down the ladder because she was bored. It could have been also that reloading the game sorted that bug
