If you deprioritize a duplicant's job on the priority/urgency screen from the wrench to a priority arrow it can not be reset back to the wrench without reassigning the job. This seems pretty easy to recreate and I've attached the save that it last occurred in.
Steps to Reproduce
Open priority menu, and right click on any wrench icon. Then try to left click or right click to reset back to wrench. Goto job menu and promote or remove dupe, then reassign to previous job which will bring back the wrench.
