Duplicant interests are not preserved from < QoL III saved games

Only reporting this since there's clearly been work done to provide backwards compatibility with older saves in regards to the new skills system. Interests are not currently being ported over to the new system.

Steps to Reproduce
Load a saved game from a version prior to QoL mk III preview.
Go to bugs

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

After the hotfix my duplicants from pre-qol3 are interested in everything (hearts on every skill on the skill screen). The bio is correct.
