Dupe head icon tooltip ( displaying dupe stats) in the jobless listing shows the tooltip, but under some conditions it fails to appear.
Steps to Reproduce
I am able to get the tooltip to come up, but only when approaching the jobless listing from the right, moving right to left onto the head with t he pointer. Moving the mouse into the jobless listing from above or below and the stats don't show up. This is happening when the duplicant jobless listing only contains one jobless duplicant ( haven't tested this with multiple listings ).
