Duplicant say that it is cold in vacuum while wearing atmo suit

Steps to Reproduce

Put duplicant in atmo suit.

Place him in vacuum or hot enviroment while wearing atmo suit.

Go to bugs

But the dupe is wearing atmo suit and temperature of replicant is not changing but he still says that it is cold/hot.

The duplicant's temperature not changing means they won't get hypothermia. Atmo suit provides some insulation and will delay hot/cold damage but duplicants will still feel hot/cold and complain about it
