Duplicant can't reach plentiful food (aka Hassan's Saga)

One of my duplicants starved to death while surrounded by food. No other duplicants had the issue. Screenshots and .sav attached.

Steps to Reproduce
Load sav file, check Hassan out.
Go to bugs

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

In the save file you uploaded, Hassan is marked as not allowed to eat mush bars and all the food in your fridges seems to be Mush Bars.
