So, I was playing ONI and 1 of my duplicants name Bertie died by suffocation, I destroyed the tile below where he was suffocating and he died because that didn't work. So I was quite mad seen as I was now on 7 dupes instead of 8 so i make a new duplicant (i didn't name it Bertie) and when i did it I saw Bertie on the ladder going up and down over and over again. I cant move her because there is no navigation button. I counted up my dupes and i have 9 (including the glitched Bertie) but it says i only have 8 dupes and a log came up saying Bertie died. hope you can fix this. 
-Just restarted my game, she now fell of the ladder and died D:

Steps to Reproduce
Make a dupe suffocate with it's head in the ceiling and one block below his feet and break the block, may have to have a ladder nearby.
