Dupes wont deliver water

The dupes in my save will not deliver water to algae terrariums, i set the algae's priority to 8 (9 later when testing the bug) and they did not deliver water even though they still delivered water to my washbasin. 

I ran the same save for a while until they all died by choking

Steps to Reproduce
I was playing normally, as such i do not have steps to reproduce
Go to bugs

So why did they not need to for the washbasin? They filled that up just fine

Also, did i just miss a tooltip, or was there nothing to let me know they needed a pump

(Besides the tutorial messages, i'm sure it was in one of those)
