Dupes transferring cooked food only transfer in 15.3 mg chunks

Once food is cooked and sitting on the floor by the electric grill any dupe trying to put it in a fridge only picks up 15.3mg of food at a time. It appear to happen with any type of food.

Steps to Reproduce
Cook food on the grill and have dupes put in fridge.
Go to bugs

This happens with Slime as well.  My dupes are picking up slime in 63 mg chunks which evaporate immediately.  It can take several hours of play time for this to start happening, and a restart often fixes it temporarily.  Tons of slime exist in the source object and the destination (an Algae Distiller) is empty.  BUT the destination says something like "waiting for 63mg of slime."

Also, this is an old bug, or a resurfaced one.  Around at least since the bacterial update.
